All posts for the month April, 2012
The main singing position in Black Hat Villain, based in BC, Canada, was vacated a good time ago by Scotty Tuesday and things were a little up in the air, but finally an announcement has occurred.
Ashley Tuesday is reported to be a great voice and she is already proving to be a hit with guys, who are not into other guys with beards!
Congratulation on your new post Ashley. NOW, lets see live shows ;)~
An interview with BHV to follow shortly!!

During my stay in Las Vegas, I made a snap descision to get ink. Having designed a piece a month or so ago, it was finally time for the pain. Vince Neil Ink is of course the perfect choice for a life long Motley Crue fan and so that was where the inking occurred. Unfortunately, during the visit I discovered that I would be one of the last to get ink at the shop. Vince Neil Ink, as part of O’Shea’s on the strip closes it’s doors for the last time on Sunday 29th April 2012.
A legacy of Las Vegas, the pub/Casino is old and tattered. It has seen better and I am sure, much worse days, but a facelift is obviously not an option at this point.
I want to wish every one a VNI the best for the future. You were all friendly and helpful and a special thank you to Justin, I love my New Tattoo. :)~
RIP VNI

Headbangerwoman has just interviewied Ian about the upcoming record Choice Of Weapon. Stay tuned for the written article!
Critics…. before you start you mindless slather and attempts to nullify all that The Cult were, are and will be, the following has to be said.
Ian Astbury can still sing. He sounds no different than he did on Fire Woman, Love Removal Machine and Wild Flower. He puts his all into every song on this record. It is raw, real and it rocks. You will be immersed from the first note and before you realize it, you will be pushing the replay button. It is seamless and musically sound form start to finish.
Ian Astbury Billy Duffy John Tempesta Chris Wyse is the current line-up of The Cult and has been since 2006. That makes for a pretty tight knit bond and a stability that some musicians can only ever dream of. It is reflected in this Chris Goss and Bob Rock produced piece that is already hot news on the lips of the big guns of music.
Choice of Weapon is current. The Cult are obviously not making an attempt to re-capture days gone by. Of course if you were a Cult fan back in the day, then it is in no doubt that you will remain loyal with the release of this record. However, it is certain to hypnotize and attract more than a good few new fans with it’s unique melodies and a voice that can only be compared to chocolate, drizzled over vanilla ice cream, with sprinkles for that added kick.
The Cult. Here and Now!
